Mango Punch-Recipe



I use to make this drink and believe me this is perfect for summers. Mango is one of those amazing fruits that are both delicious and full of health benefits. Far from being overly sweet the flesh has plenty of fiber to balance the sugar, which can give you sustain energy all day without blood sugar crashes after you eat it.

Ingredients

  • 500 gm Raw Mango
  • sugar - 1/2 kg / jaggary- 1/2 kg
  • salt- 1 tsp
  • kala namak- 1tsp
  • rosted cumin seeds- 4 tsp
  • mint leaves- according to taste





Steps To Make:

Peel the mangoes and boil them in pressure cooker.(2 or 3 whistle) Let the mangoes cool down. mash the mangoes to take out all the pulp. Add mint, sugar, cumin seeds, mint leaves and some water and mix it well with the help of blender. Adjust sugar, salt and water according to your taste . Stir and add ice cubes before serving.
